Splitting large size of op2 file in MSC Nastran

Challenge: Extract data needed to analyze from large size op2 file of MSC Nastran calculation

The volume of output file (op2 file) including mode shape becomes significantly huge when MSC Nastran eigenvalue analysis applies to a large size of FE model and/or frequency range including a great number of natural modes, which makes difficult to transfer the op2 file from analysis server to PC.
At the same time, it takes a long time to read the file into post processor and to conduct processing.

How to resolve pains:

Applying ESTECH.ssop2 makes it possible to read op2 file of MSC Nastran real eigenvalue analysis output, which facilitates post-processing since only the mode specified by the user is extracted to create a small size of op2 file.
