Overview
This software enables frequency response analysis that takes into accounts for nonlinear characteristics by assigning frequency and/or amplitude dependence to scalar spring elements and viscous damping elements in an FE model when performing frequency response analysis.
Features
In frequency response analysis of system models that include scalar elements whose nonlinear characteristics cannot be ignored—such as liquid-filled rubber mounts and shock absorbers—higher-accuracy analysis becomes possible by considering frequency and/or amplitude dependence instead of approximating with fixed representative values (e.g., dynamic stiffness or loss factor at a specific amplitude/frequency).
With the analysis functions, it is possible to output forced response modes, element energy, and element forces. This makes mechanism analysis easier. In addition, for modal method analysis, mode deactivation analysis is available.
