Overview
The motor vibration prediction under operating conditions by FE simulation, both magnetic field analysis and structural analysis are required; however, converting the excitation forces obtained from magnetic field analysis into a form suitable for structural analysis is not easy.
ESTECH.MNV is a tool that converts time domain data of electromagnetic forces generated by JMAG magnetic field analysis into excitation force data on the frequency domain in MSC.Nastran format.

Features
It provides a function to convert time domain data of gap reaction forces on stator obtained from magnetic field analysis into excitation-force bulk data in the frequency domain for MSC.Nastran. It convert gap force even inconsistent mesh between magnetic field analysis model and structural analysis model.
It can easily generate dynamic load data for arbitral order of interest required when performing vibration analysis of motors caused by magnetic forces in MSC Nastran.
